Manufacture of New Valves

For nearly 20 years, Streamline Industries has been manufacturing custom damper valves in various sizes, designed to fit a multitude of applications with a proven track record of success. We manufacture valves to accommodate the flange connections for pipe ranging from 6” to 60”. We manufacture both flanged valves and thin cross-section flangeless valves.

Replacement of Existing Valves

For customers requiring replacement valves, our manufacturing process enables us to fabricate damper valves to fit in the place of the existing equipment with no modifications to your current piping.

Damper Valve Repairs

Repair services are also available for valves. Our experienced technicians will evaluate your existing valves to determine the economic feasibility of re-manufacturing your valves to new condition.

Damper Valve Specs

All damper valves are manufactured from materials that fit customer specifications. Our standard valve body is a one-piece design, and manufactured from carbon steel with a corrosion resistant stainless steel liner, wafer, shafts and outboard flange bearings. This design eliminates shaft and wafer seizure commonly found in other valves. The valves can be repacked and replacement bearings installed without removing the valve from service, saving downtime and maintenance cost. These valves have an excellent performance record.

Upon request, actuators can be provided and installed on your damper valves.
