Flanged Damper Valves

Turn to Streamline Industries, for custom-made fabricated valves with a diameter range up to 60”. The valves can be built to suit a variety of cross-sections. Our flanged damper valves can be made with a wide range of wafer seating options and can be manufactured from nearly any machine-able material, including, but not limited to, plastics, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and some combinations of these. Packing and bearings can be changed without removing the valve from service.

Streamline’s superior, heavy-duty design means you’re getting a better product than valves casted in manufacturing plants. Our valves stand the test of time in even the harshest of environments.

Flangeless Damper Valves

Streamline’s flangeless damper valves are manufactured from materials that fit customer specifications. The most commonly manufactured valves are from a carbon steel body with a stainless steel bore liner, wafer and wafer spindles. We have incorporated outboard two-bolt flange bearings placed well away from heat. In the design process, we paid special attention to the packing gland to ensure the perfect spindle sealing and ease of maintenance while in service. Seating options include swing-thru or mechanical seat. Other options may be available.

None of Streamline’s damper valves has ever had a wafer seizure problem in over 20 years of service.
