Manufacture of New Rotary Airlock Valves

For industries requiring rotary airlock valves for flow control of their powdered conveyance systems, Streamline Industries manufactures the finest on the market. As is the case with all of our products, we aim to meet the specific needs of our customers. Because our valves are fabricated and not casted, it is possible to manufacture airlocks to accommodate a wide range of applications including new installations.

Replacement of Existing
Rotary Airlock Valves

For customers requiring replacement valves, our manufacturing process enables us to fabricate rotary airlocks to fit in the place of the existing equipment, with no modifications to your current ductwork. Repair services are also available for rotary airlocks. Our experienced technicians will evaluate your existing airlocks to determine the economic feasibility of re-manufacturing your valve to new condition.

Manufacture of New Rotary Feeder Valves

Maximize your ability to load and unload via mechanical conveyance system with a custom-manufactured rotary feeder. Designed with the same strict manufacturing techniques as our rotary airlock valves, our feeders provide a bigger opportunity to load and unload.
