Because our valves are fabricated and not casted, it is possible to manufacture airlocks to accommodate a wide range of applications including new installations.

Replacement of Existing Valves

For customers requiring replacement valves, our manufacturing process enables us to fabricate rotary airlocks to fit in the place of the existing equipment, with no modifications to your current duct work.

Rotary Airlock Valve Repairs

Repair services are also available for rotary airlocks. Our experienced technicians will evaluate your existing airlocks to determine the economic feasibility of re-manufacturing your valve to new condition.

Rotary Airlock Valve Specs

All rotary valves are manufactured from materials that fit customer specifications. Our rotary airlock valves are capable of running at temperatures up to 500°F . We also provide mill test reports on materials utilized for your records. And, upon request, drive and guard systems can be provided for your airlocks.
