The senior management team at Streamline Industries includes some of the most highly skilled and experienced people in our industry.

In fact, company owner Jacques Hebert alone has a lifetime experience in nearly every aspect of machining and manufacturing. In addition, our team has been working together for nearly 20 years and has devoted their careers to this industry. At the same time, we have also infused our team with young talent – bright, energetic individuals who bring new ideas to help meet the changing needs of our customers. Working together closely, our staff draws upon a vast range of experience and hands-on expertise to provide outstanding service and effective solutions to our customers.


Jacques Hebert

President

Jacques Hebert founded Streamline Industries in 1982 after having gained a great deal of experience as a machinist, industrial mechanic, mill wright welder, fitter, and fabricator. He brings more than three decades of experience and expertise in all aspects of machining to his position as president of the company. Jacques is responsible for production oversight, new business development and all financial decisions concerning Streamline Industries.

Jacques and his wife, Kathleen, are the proud parents of one daughter, Haley, and one son, Jake. In his spare time, Jacques enjoys fishing, hunting and boating.

Shane Romero

Senior Project Coordinator

Shane Romero joined Streamline Industries in 1989. As senior project coordinator, his responsibilities include customer service, job routing and ensuring that each project is completed on time and to exact customer specifications and the highest quality standards.

Shane has spent his entire career at Streamline Industries. Prior to being promoted to senior project coordinator, he gained 15 years of experience as a manual machinist. In addition, he graduated from Southwest Louisiana Vocational-Technical School in 1989 after completing the machinist program.

Shane is the proud father of two sons, Jarett and Bryce. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and golf.

Tyra Riley

General Manager / Quality Manager

Tyra Riley joined Streamline Industries in 1995. As general manager and quality manager, her responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial and administrative functions – as well as all aspects of quality assurance. A 1989 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Tyra earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Tyra is the proud mother of two sons, Robert and Rene. In her spare time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and reading.


Derek Segura

Project Manager

Derek Segura joined Streamline Industries in 1998. He serves in a wide range of positions for the company including project manager, draftsman, CNC programmer, CNC mill & lathe operator, manual machinist, quality inspector, foreman and dynamic balance technician.

Derek’s responsibilities include everything from programming CNC mills & lathes to scheduling work to be done in the shop, drafting drawings and designs for parts, ordering materials, inspecting parts, assisting with dynamic balancing jobs, discussing projects with customers and developing cost quotes.

A graduate of Jeanerette High School, Derek has been happily married to his wife, Cindy, for 15 years. They are the proud parents of three children – Ami, Bekah and Emmett. In his spare time, Derek enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and shooting pool.

Brady Derise

CNC Coordinator

Brady Derise joined Streamline Industries in 1992. As CNC coordinator, his responsibilities include the programming of CNC machinery, developing cost quotes and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to exact customer specifications and the highest quality standards.

Brady has spent his entire career at Streamline Industries. Prior to being promoted to CNC coordinator, he gained 15 years of manual lathe and milling experience. Brady graduated from a local technical/trade school after completing a machinist program – and is also a graduate of New Iberia Senior High School.

Brady and his wife, Jamie, are the proud parents of two children – Max and Gabby. In his spare time, Brady loves to hunt, fish, golf, play pool and spend time with his family.

Craig Perez

Quality Inspector

Craig Perez joined Streamline Industries in 1994. As quality inspector, his responsibilities include the inspection of all parts throughout the entire shop process, as well as the calibration of all gages and the purchase of shop tooling. In addition, he serves as special projects coordinator.

Craig has gained experience and expertise in many aspects of the company, having begun his career as a housekeeper/shop floor hand before becoming a machinist. After eight years of experience as a manual machinist, he attained the position of quality inspector.

Craig is a graduate of Jeanerette High School and is happily married to his wife, Kelli Perez.


Earl Migues

CNC Machinist

Earl Migues joined Streamline Industries in 2000. As a CNC machinist, his responsibilities include CNC milling, tooling research, advanced milling routing and programming that keeps him at cutting edge of the field.

Earl received three years of training in drafting while attending high school and is a 1985 graduate of New Iberia Senior High School. In addition, he completed a continuing education course in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Earl and his wife, Linda, have been happily married for 24 years. They are the proud parents of a 10-year-old daughter, Layla, and a six-year-old son, Evan – both of whom attend Caneview Elementary School. In his spare time, Earl loves to fish for bass – and he and his family enjoy working in the yard and spending time together.
